The purchase of our new house was contingent on the sale of our old house. Unfortunately, the sale took a long time and, we had a buyer back out. During this time, Ryan showed our family numerous homes and, wrote offers on two homes we didn't end up getting. His patience and guidance helped us through the process and kept us sane.
